Thank you for choosing EverGlow Events. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Introduction

EverGlow Events offers event planning services for a wide range of occasions, including marriage proposals, theme parties, custom events, incentives, seminars, conferences, and more services as described on our website. The following Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (the client) and EverGlow Events (the service provider). By booking services with us, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

   
• To secure our services, a non-refundable deposit (50% of the total service fee) is required.
   
• Full payment must be completed 7 days prior to the event date.
   
• Payments can be made via [Bank Transfer, POS, Cash, PayPal].

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. However, we do have a cancellation policy in place:

Cancellation by Client:

   
• In case you need to reschedule your event for any reason, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. We will work with you to find the best possible solution, but always in terms of availability. If rescheduling is not possible, the event will be cancelled, and the responsibility will be credited to the client.
   
• In case you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. To make your cancellation effective, you must receive written approval from the EverGlow team. Cancellation fees and charges may apply. We will work with you to find the best possible solution, but always based on availability. The following cancellation fees will apply:

   
• More than 90 days before the event: Full refund of any amounts paid (including deposit of 50%), except for special orders or requests, which must be fully paid.
   
• More than 15 days before the event: Full refund of any amounts paid, except for the non-refundable deposit of 50%.
   
• Less than 7 days before the event: No refund. Full payment is due, and EverGlow reserves the right to request a cancellation fee as liquidated damages, including service charges, applicable charges, and more.

Cancellation by EverGlow Events:

   
• In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional cost.
   
• If rescheduling is not possible, EverGlow may fully refund any amount paid.
   
• EverGlow reserves the unilateral right to cancel any scheduled event if its interests are affected by any means. No further claims shall be made by the client.

Cancellation due to Weather Conditions:

   
• EverGlow reserves the unilateral right to cancel the scheduled event due to adverse weather conditions such as rain, high winds, high temperatures, etc. We will first try to reschedule your event at no additional cost. If you do not wish to reschedule, you will receive a refund within 7 business days, except for the deposit of 50%.
   
• Customers must notify us at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled reservation to qualify for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty. In case the clients do not want to reschedule, they will receive a refund within 7 business days, except for the deposit of 50%.
   
• Customers wishing to reschedule due to weather conditions may do so without penalty, subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary information and materials in a timely manner, as instructed by EverGlow Events, depending on the needs of your event, to ensure successful planning and execution. This may include personal details such as mobile number, full address, photos (selfie) of the client or other participants at the event.

The client is responsible for any third-party bookings (e.g., venues, vendors) unless otherwise specified in the event contract between EverGlow and the client.

You agree to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule, including making timely payments and following through with any required actions.

5. Use of Photos and Videos for Marketing

   
• Permission to Use Photos and Videos: The client grants EverGlow Events the right to use any photos, videos, or other visual content taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, brochures, and advertising materials. EverGlow promises not to post photos of young children's faces without clear consent from the parents or guardians.
   
• Opting Out: If the client wishes to opt-out from having photos or videos used for marketing purposes, they must inform us in writing at least 7 days prior to the event. We will respect this request and avoid using any media involving the client or other participants.
   
• No Additional Compensation: You acknowledge and agree that no additional compensation will be provided for the use of event photos or videos, and you have no claim to any revenue generated from the marketing materials.

6. Liability and Insurance

EverGlow Events shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during your event. You are responsible for obtaining event insurance if needed. EverGlow Events shall not be liable for any third-party actions (e.g., vendors, venues) or circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of event planning and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them.
